Professionals and organizations may freely reproduce and provide these booklets to parents and teens. Permission is granted for anyone to do so under two conditions: No fee may be charged for these booklets. The booklets must be reproduced in their entirety. The booklets can be reproduced back-to-back on 8 1/2 X 11 paper, then folded to create an 8 1/2 X 5 1/2 booklet. The versions of the booklets below have been sequenced so that they can be reproduced to form these smaller booklets.
